Remove GitLab and update rsync slave discovery via node labels

Description

• Remove GitLab services, volumes, and network from borodino stack
• Update rsync-master.py to discover slaves via node labels (rsync.slave=true)
• Update rsync-slave deployment constraint to use node.labels.rsync.slave
• Clean up obsolete stack files
