[bojemoi] fix(nuclei): improve target selection and reduce scan timeouts

Commit `15906b5`

pick_target() now prioritizes hosts with web ports (80/443/8080…) and known products before falling back to TABLESAMPLE
submit_scan() passes timeout=600s instead of 1200s to free worker faster
nuclei-api: -timeout 10, -max-host-error 10, -retries 0, -rate-limit 50 to avoid hangs on dead hosts
fix dojo_imported=False (bool) → 0 (int) in mark_result() to prevent DB type errors
