[bojemoi] fix(razvedka): re-auth Telegram session and fix corrupted secrets

Commit `d022db4`

Secrets telegram_api_hash and telegram_phone were created with wrong content during previous fix session (name as value / exec error output)
Deleted and recreated both secrets with correct values
Deleted stale Telethon session file, re-authenticated via auth_helper.py
Razvedka now running, monitoring 7 Telegram channels
Cleaned up stale docker build output files from repo root
