[bojemoi] feat(grafana): add Claude daily review dashboard with Loki log ingestion

Description

• Alloy: new loki.source.file for /var/log/monthly-review.log (job=claude-review) with regex stage to extract level label (ERROR/WARN/INFO/Done)
• Grafana: new dashboard “Claude Daily Review” with 4 panels:
  • Full log stream (7d)
  • Executions by status timeseries
  • Errors/warnings filter
  • Last reviewed file tracker
