[myai] fix(executor): spider ZAP avant active scan + Qwen2.5-Coder-7B int4

campaign_executor: appel zap.spider() avant active_scan() pour peupler le site tree ZAP (sans ça, ascan retourne 400 Bad Request)
codegen: upgrade Qwen2.5-Coder-1.5B → 7B avec quantification nf4/int4 (BitsAndBytesConfig, bfloat16, double_quant, max_new_tokens 256→512)
requirements: pin torch==2.2.0, ajouter bitsandbytes>=0.43.0,<0.44.0
