[bojemoi] feat(honeypot): ajouter honeypot-ingestor — boucle intelligence temps réel

Description

Nouveau service medved_honeypot-ingestor :

• Poll honeypot_events (watermark Valkey) toutes les 2 min
• Groupe par IP source (fenêtre 24h, seuil 3 events)
• Classification Claude Haiku : attack_type, CVEs, confidence, priority
• Fallback heuristique (Log4Shell, shell injection, brute-force)
• Push vers pentest:priority_queue si medium/high + confidence ≥ 0.4
• Finding DefectDojo si high + confidence ≥ 0.6
• Table cve_intelligence (PG) pour enrichir le RAG MyAI
• Redéploiement de medved_medved-honeypot (inactif depuis août)
