attack_planner: ajouter NETWORK_TAGS + _PORT_TAGS (ftp/ssh/smb/default-login) decide_vuln_scan injecte des tags réseau déterministes selon les ports RECON
attack_planner: decide_exploit accepte recon={open_ports, services} Fallback déterministe par port (vsftpd:21, unreal:6667, samba:445, tomcat:8180)
campaign_executor: passer recon à decide_exploit (Change 2)
campaign_executor: _phase_exploit implémente exécution MSF réelle (Change 4) msf_run_module + attente session 90s
campaign_executor: _phase_recon ajoute fallback MSF TCP portscan auxiliary/scanner/portscan/tcp quand MSF DB vide + Nuclei réseau inefficace
